ABOUT DOMINICA
Commonwealth of Dominica (not to be confused with the Dominica Republic) is a small island situated in the Caribbean Sea, between Martinique and Guadeloupe, two French territories.
Dominica is part of the Commonwealth, having used to be a British colony. Its political system is considered stable and based on the British parliamentary system.
It has a population of just over 70,000 people, with the majority of its population speaking English, some islanders also speak Creole and French.
Dominica is a member of the United Nations (UN), the British Commonwealth, the Organization of American States (OAS), Caricom and various other international organizations.
Dominica has been nicknamed the “Nature Isle of the Caribbean” for its unspoiled natural beauty and holds the world’s second-largest hot spring.
The island features lush mountainous rainforests, home of many rare plant, animal, and bird species.

CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT
The Citizenship-by-Investment Program of the Commonwealth of Dominica was established in 1991.
The citizenship program allows investors and their family to obtain irrevocable citizenship for life with no need to reside in the country and most importantly no need to give up your current nationality within 3-6 months.
REAL ESTATE OPTIONS
To qualify for citizenship of Dominica under the Real Estate Option under the Citizenship by Investment Program, an applicant must purchase "Approved Real Estate" to the minimum value of US$200,000.
Additional Government Fees:-
US$25,000 for a single applicant
US$35,000 for a family of up to four persons
US$50,000 for a family of up to six persons
US$70,000 for a family of seven
US$50,000 for a sibling above 18 years
US$25,000 for a sibling below the age of 18
NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OPTION
Under the NDF Option a one-time donation to the fund is by the investor as per the below.

PROCESS
Upon receiving a clear internal due diligence check and signing of the client agreement, an initial 50% of the retainer fees (this varies on the size of the family application) will be required.
KCS will provide you with the application documents along with all the support and guidance in collecting the relevant documents for the process.
Once the file is complete and undergone a full review, the remaining retainer fees along with the due diligence fees are required.
A 10% deposit of the real estate investment will be required if the real estate route has been chosen.
The file will be sent to Dominica Citizenship Unit for processing.
Upon completion of the background checks the Dominican Government will provide a letter of approval.
The remaining investment cost will now be due to complete the process, this will be paid directly to the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
Once the payments are received citizenship/s will be granted along with a the ‘Certificate of Naturalization’ (CON).
Passport/s will be printed and received shortly after.
