ABOUT ST KITTS & NEVIS
St. Kitts and Nevis is a commonwealth country based in the Caribbean. It is formed of 2 sister isles with St Kitts, the larger of the two at just 168km2 and Nevis some 93km2.
Although the country became independent in 1983 St. Kitts and Nevis enjoys a stable democracy based on Constitutional rule based on the British parliamentary system, with the Queen of England as Head of State.
The Federation is a member of the United Nations (UN), of the Organisation of American States (OAS), the British Commonwealth, Caricom and many other international organisations.
The official and business language is English, and its workforce is well-educated. The country has a pleasant climate and offers visitors beauty, serenity and a true taste of island life.

CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT
The Citizenship by Investment Program in St. Kitts and Nevis is the most established and respected, law-based, legitimate program of its kind. It allows investors to enjoy the security of knowing any citizenship granted will not be revoked irrelevant of changes in the governmental executives or policy.
Regulations regarding citizenship-by-investment are contained in Part II, Section 3 (5) of the Citizenship Act, 1984.
To qualify for citizenship of St. Kitts and Nevis under its Citizenship-by-Investment Program, the Government requires participation in one of the below:-
REAL ESTATE OPTION
Purchase property from an approved government real estate project for at least:
USD $200,000 (with a minimum holding period of seven years) for a minimum of two applicants.
USD $400,000 (with a minimum holding period of five years) for one applicant.
Additional Government processing fees are:
USD $35,047 for the main applicant.
USD $20,047 for a spouse.
USD $10,047 per qualified dependent
NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OPTION
Applicants can donate to the following amount dependant on the family size.
USD $150,000 Single applicant.
USD $195,000 Family of up to four members.
USD $10,000 Each additional dependants.

Due Diligence Fee
Due diligence fees for both options is required
USD $7,500 for the Main Applicant
USD $4,000 for all dependents of 16 years above
USD $350 each passport will cost

After an initial internal due diligence check, an initial 50% of the professional retainer will be required to start the process. KCS will provide guidance and assistance in preparing all relevant documents for the citizenship application.
Once we are confident the file is fully prepared the remaining 50% of the retainer fees, along with the due diligence fees, and 10% of the government fees is then payable.
If the real estate option is chosen, an initial deposit of approximately USD 40,000 or 10% (depending on the developer) will also be required at this stage.
The file is sent to the CIU in St Kitts to begin the process of due diligence (background checks).
After 30-90 days (*No more than 60 days for those applying via the fast track) the Government will release the results of the background check, along with an approval pending final payment of real estate purchase or donation.
The Government will release a Certificate of Registration (COR).
The COR and passport application will be sent to the Passport Office.
Passport/s are received and handed to the client.
