ABOUT VANUATU
Vanuatu is an independent Commonwealth State having gained independence from the UK and France in 1980. It is a South Pacific Ocean nation made up of roughly 80 islands that stretch 1,300 kilometers. Vanuatu is full of natural beauties and is renowned for its crystal clear waters.
More than 100 languages are found in Vanuatu, making it per capita the world’s most linguistically diverse country. However the majority of the islands speak English.
Vanuatu has a population of about 202,609 people (2004). Its capital of Vanuatu is Port Vila.
Long known as a tax haven, Vanuatu has been taking steps since 2008 to increase transparency; still, financial services remain an important part of the economy, and new citizens can enjoy a friendly tax regime with no income, withholding, capital gains, or inheritance tax.

CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT
The Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment program began accepting applicants in 2017 and is the only program of its kind in the South Pacific.
It is known as the Vanuatu Citizenship Development Support Program (SDP), and is considered one of the quickest paths to second citizenship through investment globally.
The Vanuatu DSP Citizenship-by-Investment Programme requires an applicant to make a significant financial investment into the country in return for citizenship for the applicant and his/her family.
NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND OPTION
USD $130,000: Single applicant
USD $150,000: Main applicant and spouse
USD $165,000: Family of up to 3 people
USD $180,000: Family of up to 4 people

BUSINESS INVESTMENT OPTION
Where a person proposes to make an investment in an approved business of at least USD$ 1,500,000 on their own behalf. Or at least two persons make a joint investment in an approved business totalling at least USD$ 5,000,000, each contributing at least USD $400,000

PROCESS
After we receive clearance from our internal due diligence check 50% of the initial retainer fee is required
You will be assigned a KCS advisor, who will provide guidance and assistance in preparing all relevant documents for the citizenship application.
Upon written confirmation of no adverse findings by the FIU, and therefore “pre-approval” is granted. KCS will guide assist in completing the required documentation. Payment is made directly to the Vanuatu Information Centre Limited, a Government Approved Agent.
Application is submitted to Representative to review pre-submission to the Citizenship Commission which convenes on the last Friday of each month.
After Citizenship Commission approves the Application, an Agreement in Principle (AIP) is issued to the Representative.
The final step is the taking of the Oath. This will be commissioned by the Vanuatu Government’s Commissioner of Oath.
Certificate of Vanuatu Citizenship will be received as well as the Vanuatu Passport.
